Behind
The Altruistic Capitalist
I founded The Altruistic Capitalist because I believe that business can be a powerful force for good, creating not only financial success but also a meaningful impact in the world. With years of experience in corporate transformation and growth strategy, I’ve had the privilege of working with industry-leading brands like adidas, Estée Lauder, and Avon, as well as guiding innovative startups on their path to success. My background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and an LLB (Honours) from the University of Nottingham, along with expertise in investment banking, corporate law, and strategic leadership—skills that allow me to support organisations at every stage of their journey.
The name “Altruistic Capitalist” reflects my vision—a belief that businesses reach their true potential when they balance financial performance with a commitment to their communities, their people, and the environment. I wanted to build a consultancy that challenges the traditional approach, focusing instead on empowering founders and CEOs to grow resilient, responsible businesses that leave a lasting legacy. This vision inspired me to write a book under the same title, The Altruistic Capitalist: How to Lead for Purpose and Profit, where I delve deeper into this philosophy and share insights on how companies can blend profitability with purpose.
Through The Altruistic Capitalist, I partner with leaders who are ready to integrate their values into their strategy, embrace sustainable practices, and drive innovation. Drawing on my expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and governance, I help companies create a foundation for long-term success that benefits everyone they touch. I’m here to support organisations that aspire to more than just short-term gains—together, we’ll build a path to sustainable, purpose-driven growth.
